Collection: Elena Yoga International

Elena is certified and expert yoga (ERYT 500 plus with yoga alliance), swimming and wellness in the water teacher with more than 20 years of experience.

She is researcher in the sector One Health and Public Health. She organizes workshops, retreats and classes in Denmark and in Italy, also for special needs people and kids.  She is collaborating with the association SO´Ham in Italy and she conducts teacher training events and conferences about yoga and science. She teaches in English, Danish and Italian.
