Shipping policy
SECTION 1
Worldwide shipping
Via Priva ships to virtually all countries worldwide. All orders are dispatched via insured express courier services, and a tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order has been shipped. Via Priva is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
SECTION 2
Shipping times & costs
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. All delivery estimates are indicative only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, or force majeure events. Via Priva shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays in delivery.
SECTION 3
Customs, duties & taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping costs charged by Via Priva. We are unable to predict or control the amount of these charges. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this responsibility. If a parcel is refused by the recipient due to customs charges, Via Priva reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs and any applicable fees from the refund.
SECTION 4
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order is dispatched, the estimated delivery window begins. Via Priva is not responsible for delays in processing due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
SECTION 5
Lost or damaged parcels
All shipments are insured. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Via Priva's liability is limited to the value of the goods insured and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
SECTION 6
Incorrect address
Via Priva cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undelivered or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred.
